Waterfall Cipher is a substitution-cipher puzzle with forty hand-curated phrases. The format is the cryptogram puzzle digitised, and the discipline is what carries it.
What works is the propagation logic. Assigning one letter updates every instance of that letter across the phrase. Players build the decoding through inference rather than guessing.
Forty puzzles across three phrase-length tiers. Short phrases are warm-up; long phrases are weekend projects.
Tested over a month of Istanbul Marmaray commutes plus Istanbul weekend cafe sessions. Touch and keyboard input both work reliably.
